Lack of Communication
Throughout my entire order and delivery process, I didn’t receive any updates on my package’s status, and it arrived later than other items I ordered from the Trading Post. Additionally, the colors don’t quite match how they appeared on the website—it has a more purple hue than expected. That said, the product itself is still good quality, but I’m disappointed with the lack of communication.
